February 2018

MechaTronix have launched a new range of LED coolers – The CoolStar®.

The CoolStar® family covers the whole range of cooling capacity from 1,000 lumen to 6,000 lumen, which makes them ideal for spotlight or downlight luminaires.
This LED cooler has been designed with versatility and practicality in mind – a variety of LED engines can be mounted either directly or with a LED holder using the fixing locations. Moreover, some practical features have been added, such as two closed wire pockets at the sides which enables the wiring to be guided from the LED engine to the back outside the visible field.

Besides the black anodized versions which are commonly used, MechaTronix has also opted this time for a “pure white” electro-plating, with no loss of efficiency, as an option. This compliments high-end luminaire designs and blends with the mostly white designs of both the LED engines and the LED holders.
The CoolStar LED coolers are available in a variety of diameters and heights in both black and white.

The CoolStar® LED coolers will be presented at the Light + Building show in Frankfurt Germany, while global stock is under production to launch by end of February.
